Returns
  1. You can resign from goods purchased in the Bravura online store within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
  2. To be able to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, please download and complete the return form (download here). 
  3. The scanned form or its legible photo should be sent to the e-mail address: kontakt@bravurawear.com with the order number in the subject line.
  4. The returned goods cannot bear any signs of use, they must be returned intact in their original packaging with all elements attached. Goods that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted for return.
  5. he returned goods should be accompanied by a document confirming their purchase (invoice) and a completed return form.
  6. The returned goods should be sent to the following address:

  7. The payment for the order will be reimbursed in the same way as the order was paid or, in the case of selecting the option “cash on delivery”, by bank transfer to the indicated account within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the return to the Store.
  8. In the case of returning the goods, the Customer bears the costs of shipping the order to the Store. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments

Complaints

  1. You have the right to make a complaint if the purchased goods are defective.
  2. To make a complaint about the goods, download and fill in the complaint form (download here).
  3. The scanned complaint form or its legible photo should be sent to the e-mail address: kontakt@bravurawear.com.
  4. The goods under complaint should be packed together with a document confirming their purchase (invoice) and a completed complaint form.
  5. The goods should be packed and sent to the following address:

    09-400 Maszewo Duże
  6. The complaint will be considered within 14 working days from the date of its receipt.
  7. The customer will be informed by e-mail or by phone about the result of the complaint.
  8. We do not take into account complaints about goods based on differences in technical parameters (colors, resolutions, etc.) of goods, resulting from different settings of the computer monitor.
  9. We do not accept parcels sent COD or shipped without prior contact.
